You may remember Jane Sibbett from Friends—I certainly do. I was 20 years old when I first heard her voice on screen, and it left a deep impression on me that I couldn’t explain at the time. Fast forward over two decades, and a friend of a friend said, “You have to meet Jane.” Turns out, it was that Jane.
What unfolded from that reconnection was nothing short of life-changing. Jane had gone from actress to healer, discovering a powerful gift while filming a documentary about energy worker Abdy Electriciteh. A simple touch to the forehead unlocked what she now calls her “dancing hands”—an energy transmission that flows through her for the highest good of those around her. It’s a gift that opens hearts, soothes pain, and reminds people of what it feels like to be loved without judgment.
In this episode, Jane and I talk about the wild, full-circle nature of our paths, including a pivotal journey to Tonga, where we swam with humpback whales and shared nightly healing circles that changed the course of my life. We also dive into how her acting career helped prepare her for spiritual work—how surrendering to a role was practice for surrendering to Source.
Jane shares why now, more than ever, we must lead from our hearts—not from a script. Her latest offering, Noon Miracles, co-created with her daughter, is a love letter to the artist in all of us and a call to use creativity as a path to community, connection, and healing.
This conversation is a beautiful reminder to tend to your inner garden, to trust divine timing, and to remember the love you already are.
